I'm a working professional in the live event production industry. After many years in the industry as a tech, designer, consultant, and electrician, I wrote a book called "Automated Lighting: The Art and Science of Moving Light." Then I started to get calls asking for training, which led me to write another book called "Electricity for Entertainment Electricians & Technicians." Today, I lead classes and workshops, offer online training, and speak regularly at colleges, universities, and industry events, and I still enjoy working concerts, television, movie production, theatre, and corporate events.
